PROFILE

V10 | 惟拾设计 is an award winning design studio based in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Milan.

It was founded in 2016 by two architects, Luca Rizzi Brignoli and Fang Zhou.

The studio's creative endeavors are a fusion of Luca's Italian design sensibility and Fang's oriental philosophy of life, creating a distinct design language. V10 惟拾 projects are the result of a constant research into materials and fabrication techniques. Our spaces combine concepts of contemporary Italian design and modern oriental philosophy.

Our extensive portfolio includes the architecture and interior design of residential, hotels and retail projects for private clients, corporate brands and developers. We have also realized a number of furniture pieces in collaboration with the best brands and manufacturers. Our esteemed clientele includes renowned names such as Vanke, SinoOcean, Atour, Anta, Bentley, National Geographic, Shanghai Metro and many other brands and private clients who have entrusted us with their projects.

CROSS POLLINATIONS

Cross Pollinations is a series of events hosted at our Shanghai studio in the M50 Art District—an ongoing research platform where we explore design innovation through dialogue with other disciplines. By inviting voices from different fields, we open conversations around radical thinking, positioning the studio not only as designers, but as translators of ideas across cultures and domains.

The term cross-pollination refers to the natural creation of new species through the exchange of pollen—grapefruits, orchids, and camellias all emerge from this process. For us, it reflects a design approach rooted in exchange: bringing together different cultures, disciplines, and perspectives to generate something new.

This series is part of a broader vision for the studio. The space itself was conceived as a dynamic environment—able to host multiple activities while drawing continuous inspiration from its surroundings within M50. Cross Pollinations becomes a natural extension of this idea: a platform where spatial design, cultural production, and intellectual exchange converge.

The series unfolds through thematic lenses.

Crafting Culture explores how value is created—how disciplines shape identity through creative production and storytelling, where design becomes a vehicle for meaning, and luxury an expression of cultural depth.

From Retail to Ritual shifts the focus to how value is experienced—how space influences behavior, emotion, and time, bridging hospitality, lifestyle, and the subtle rituals that transform everyday environments into meaningful experiences.
